Welcome to ION Peptide Corp (“ION Peptide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. These terms govern all use of our website, services, and the sale and delivery of our products.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • We ship via tracked express delivery and aim for delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping is free for all US orders over $150 USD.

International Shipping

We currently Do Not ship worldwide. USA only.

Third-Party Fulfillment (3PL) Disclosure

ION Peptide partners with trusted third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage the warehousing, packaging, and shipping of customer orders. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Your order may be fulfilled by one or more 3PL partners operating on behalf of ION Peptide.
  • Our 3PL providers are authorized to select the shipping carrier they determine most appropriate to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
  • This determination is made based on real-time factors including shipping location, route availability, weather conditions, and known carrier delays.
  • All fulfillment decisions are made in the best interest of timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery.
  • We may share necessary order and customer information (name, shipping address, contact details, item details) solely for order fulfillment.
  • ION Peptide Corp is not liable for delays, damages, or shipping issues caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen logistical challenges.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues but assume no liability beyond our contractual scope.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Returned or refused packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping costs.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.
  • If delivery without signature is authorized, liability transfers upon drop-off.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Contact us immediately for any delivery issues. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate; however, resolution is not guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier, minus applicable fees.

Force Majeure

ION Peptide Corp is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, customs holds, regulatory changes, or supply chain disruptions.

2. PRODUCT USE & FDA DISCLOSURE

Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are purchasing for personal wellness and research purposes only.
  • You understand the efficacy and safety of these products have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities.

Medical Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before beginning any supplement regimen. ION Peptide Corp is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from use.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

ION Peptide Corp does not guarantee delivery or accept liability in jurisdictions where peptides are restricted or prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service in such areas.

3. PAYMENTS

All payments are securely processed through Stripe®™ and/or SEAMLESSCHEX™. We accept major credit and debit cards and approved checkout methods. All transactions are processed in USD.

By using third-party payment services, you agree to their respective terms. ION Peptide Corp is not responsible for payment processor issues, delays, or errors.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

General Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

You must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence. If validated, a replacement or refund may be issued excluding shipping fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to ban customers and pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes.

Opened Product Policy

Products with broken seals or opened packaging are strictly non-refundable. In limited cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 5 days prior to renewal. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details. Failed payments may result in suspended delivery.

6. PROMOTIONS & COUPONS

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Discounts apply only to full-priced items.
  • Offers are subject to change without notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website is the intellectual property of ION Peptide Corp and protected by U.S. and international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ION Peptide Corp disclaims all warranties. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ION Peptide Corp and its affiliates from any claims arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

10. AFFILIATES & PARTNER PROTECTION

These terms extend to all official brands, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, fulfillment services, marketing campaigns, influencers, and business channels associated with ION Peptide Corp.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes must first be addressed through customer service. If unresolved after 30 days, mediation may be initiated in Delaware.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States.

13. MODIFICATIONS

ION Peptide Corp reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining terms remain in full effect.

15. TERMINATION

ION Peptide Corp may terminate access or orders at its sole discretion without notice.

16. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION

Support may be provided via human agents or automated systems. Communications may be recorded and stored for quality and compliance.
